Hi All! All my name is Sophia! The aim of the podcast is to provide tangible advice for women entrepreneurs in areas of business, health and self-help. Each episode will have a few action items that the listener can apply if the episode resonated with them - hence the tag line "Make a plan, take action" . I'll give you my background in a nutshell: I am a registered physiotherapist in Canada but moved into leadership at a local hospital. Then went part-time as a manager at a publicly funded medical clinic, so I could grow my product based startup. This brand new biz landed into Walmart Canada last spring. A lot of ladies have been asking for help with their startup because they saw such fast growth of my product based company (the company name is Also Sophia) and so I thought a podcast would be a great way to reach a larger audience.
